Abstract
Nghiên cứu này đi sâu vào tìm hiểu cách người dân địa phương tham gia vào việc phát triển du lịch bền vững ở khu vực đầm phá ven biển thuộc Thành phố Huế thông qua khảo sát 315 hộ gia đình và phỏng vấn các chuyên gia để làm rõ vai trò, mức độ đóng góp của người dân cũng như những lợi ích và thách thức mà họ phải đối mặt. Kết quả cho thấy 49,84% hộ tham gia ở mức độ cơ bản, chủ yếu là hỗ trợ cung cấp sản phẩm và dịch vụ. Tuy nhiên, mô hình du lịch cộng đồng đã mang lại nhiều lợi ích đáng kể như giúp người dân tăng thu nhập, cải thiện cơ sở hạ tầng và tạo thêm việc làm, góp phần bảo tồn các giá trị văn hóa truyền thống và nâng cao ý thức bảo vệ môi trường. Điều đặc biệt là cộng đồng đã thể hiện khả năng phục hồi tốt trước những khó khăn như đại dịch COVID-19. Nhiều hộ gia đình đã nhanh chóng vượt qua cú sốc và phát triển mạnh mẽ hơn. Từ những phát hiện này, nghiên cứu đề xuất các nhóm giải pháp để du lịch cộng đồng phát triển bền vững hơn: tăng cường năng lực cho người dân, phát triển thêm các sản phẩm du lịch đa dạng và hoàn thiện chính sách để khuyến khích sự tham gia tích cực của người dân địa phương.
