Abstract
Nghiên cứu nhằm xác định các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến hành vi vi phạm liêm chính học thuật của sinh viên Trường Đại học Mở Hà Nội trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số, đặc biệt khi trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) được sử dụng rộng rãi trong học tập. Nhóm nghiên cứu sử dụng mô hình để kiểm định mối quan hệ giữa 13 giả thuyết liên quan đến nhận thức về AI, yếu tố xã hội, thái độ cá nhân và hành vi vi phạm. Kết quả cho thấy các yếu tố như ý định sử dụng AI, chuẩn chủ quan, ảnh hưởng bạn học và áp lực học tập có tác động thuận chiều đến hành vi gian lận. Trong khi đó, kiến thức về AI, nhận thức về hình phạt và chính sách liêm chính học thuật cho thấy tác động ngược chiều, giúp hạn chế hành vi vi phạm. Nghiên cứu đưa ra đề xuất ba nhóm giải pháp đối với Nhà trường, giảng viên và sinh viên nhằm thúc đẩy liêm chính học thuật trong môi trường số hóa hiện nay. Trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số với sự phát triển nhanh chóng của công nghệ, việc tiếp cận tài liệu và công cụ hỗ trợ học tập trở nên dễ dàng hơn, đặt ra thách thức đối với việc duy trì liêm chính học thuật. Nghiên cứu đề xuất Nhà trường cần tăng cường xây dựng môi trường học thuật tích cực, nâng cao nhận thức và đạo đức học thuật cho sinh viên, đồng thời ứng dụng công nghệ để hỗ trợ giám sát và phòng ngừa hành vi gian lận trong học tập và nghiên cứu.
