Abstract
zAma: Fizik tedavi ajanlar, diz osteoartritinde (OA) semptomlarn hafifletilmesi ve fonksiyonlarn iyiletirilmesi amacyla yaygn olarak kullanlmaktadr.Bu almann amac, ksa dalga diatermi (KDD) veya ekstrakorporeal ok dalga tedavisini (ESWT) ieren kombine fizik tedavi protokollerinin diz OA'l hastalarda ar ve fonksiyonel durum zerine etkinliini karlatrmaktr.Gere ve Yntem: Evre 2-3 diz OA's olan 49 hasta ile prospektif, yar deneysel bir alma yrtld.Grup 1'e scak paket (HP) + transkutanz elektriksel sinir stimlasyonu (TENS) + KDD, Grup 2'ye ise HP + TENS + ESWT uyguland.ESWT haftada bir olmak zere toplam drt seans yapld.Hastalar balangta, tedavi bitiminde, 3. ve 6. aylarda grsel analog skala (VAS), Western Ontario and McMaster Universities osteoartrit indeksi (WOMAC) ve Lequesne OA iddet indeksi ile deerlendirildi.Bulgular: Ortalama ya Grup 1'de 58,35,2, Grup 2'de 54,96,5 yl idi (p>0,05).Her iki grupta da tm takiplerde balangca gre anlaml iyileme grld (p<0,05).Grup 1, ksa dnemde zellikle istirahat VAS, Lequesne indeksi skorlar ve WOMAC skorlarnda daha belirgin dzelme gsterdi (p<0,05).Altnc ayda ise gruplar arasnda anlaml fark bulunmad (p>0,05
