Comment mener à bien un projet de recherche en marketing ?Cet ouvrage vous le dira de façon claire, nette et précise.L'auteur possède tellement bien sa matière qu'il réussit le tour de force de rendre accessible et attrayant un sujet qui n'est pas forcément facile à exposer.Le positionnement de l'ouvrage est bien défini : c'est un livre d'introduction conçu pour les étudiants qui suivent un premier cours de recherche en marketing.Nous ajouterons qu'il peut aussi très bien s'adresser à tout praticien désireux de remettre en place ses idées et connaissances sur le sujet.Bien que les notions présentées soient illustrées d'exemples pertinents, issus le plus souvent du contexte social québécois, cet ouvrage devrait facilement traverser l'Atlantique.Deux bases de données sont disponibles, sous format SPSS.Elles peuvent être téléchargées à partir du site Web de l'éditeur : www.dlcmcgrawhill.ca.C'est très réussi et nous le recommandons très fortement.
