Pendahuluan: Peran Omega–3 Dalam Tata Laksana Low Back Pain. Nyeri punggung bawah merupakan sindrom yang ditandai dengan rasa tidak nyaman di punggung bawah akibat aktivitas tubuh yang kurang baik. Penatalaksanaan dalam low back pain berfokus pada pengurangan nyeri dengan penggunaan obat analgesik. Namun, ditinjau dari berbagai penelitian menyebutkan bahwa makanan dan zat gizi berpotensi dalam mengurangi nyeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran omega-3 dalam tatalaksana low back pain. Metode: Studi penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review yang bersumber dari literatur berkredibel baik dengan topik peran omega-3 dalam tatalaksana low back pain dari 5 penelitian. Literature diambil dari database PubMed dan Science Direct yang dipublikasikan pada tahun 2015 hingga tahun 2025. Hasil: Hasil pencarian artikel ditemukan 5 artikel yang relevan mengenai peran omega-3 terhadap nyeri punggung bawah. Simpulan: Konsumsi Omega-3 dapat berpengaruh pada penurunan keparahan nyeri punggung bawah (low back pain).
