Les personnes enseignantes en formation professionnelle et technique (FPT) sont confrontées à un ensemble de défis incluant le développement des technologies de l’information et de la communication (TIC), l’hétérogénéisation des groupes-classes ou l’implantation de l’approche par compétence (APC) (Andersson et Köpsén, 2015). Leur identité professionnelle se compose donc d’une dimension liée au métier enseigné et d’une autre associée aux compétences pédagogiques et didactiques (Tyler et Dymock, 2021). À la différence de la formation professionnelle (FP), le thème de l’identité professionnelle (IP) des personnes enseignantes demeure peu étudié pour la formation technique au collégial au Québec. Cet article vise à enrichir la compréhension de l’IP des personnes enseignantes en formation technique au Cégep par une analyse des résultats des recherches sur les personnes enseignantes en FPT dans un contexte québécois, canadien et internationale. Il présente les résultats d’une revue narrative systématisée réalisée dans le cadre d’une recherche doctorale.
