Abstract
Để du lịch thật sự phát triển bền vững, nhất thiết cần sự ủng hộ của cộng đồng địa phương trong phát triển du lịch cũng như trong việc thực hiện các dự án du lịch tại một địa phương. Nghiên cứu này nhằm mục đích xác định các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến sự ủng hộ của người dân trong việc thực hiện các dự án du lịch thông qua việc thu thập ý kiến đánh giá của 140 người dân đang sinh sống tại khu vực phố cổ Bao Vinh. Các phương pháp kiểm định hệ số tin cậy Cronbach’s Alpha, phân tích nhân tố (EFA) và mô hình hồi quy tuyến tính đa biến được sử dụng trong nghiên cứu. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, có 3 yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự ủng hộ của người dân bao gồm: i. Lợi ích từ việc thực hiện dự án quy hoạch du lịch; ii. Sự gắn bó của cộng đồng với địa phương; iii. Mức độ tham gia hiện tại. Từ kết quả đó, nhóm tác giả đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm đẩy mạnh sự đồng thuận của người dân địa phương đối với việc thực hiện các dự án du lịch tại khu vực phố cổ Bao Vinh trong thời gian tới.
