FOXP1 undergoes phase separation at its super-enhancer, recruiting transcription coactivators to form condensates. These condensates, in turn, facilitate binding with the SESN3 promoter and inhibit the mTORC1 signaling pathway, thereby delaying endothelial cell senescence.
