Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

In the originally published version of this paper, the authors noted errors in several parts of the manuscript. In Figure 5C, a typographical error appeared in the table: ''Omicron+R346R'' should read ''Omicron+R346K.''In the STAR Methods section, within the ''Recombinant DNA'' section of the key resources table (the third row, the first column), the mutation ''Q493K'' should be corrected to ''Q493R.''The same correction applies to the second line on page e3 of the PDF, where ''Q493K'' should also be ''Q493R.'' In Figure 3F, during image analysis, the same raw negative-stain EM image was accidentally reused in different panels due to a filesaving oversight.Because of the large size of the images, the authors zoomed in to highlight representative parts of the images for detailed observation. The image-saving software automatically stored new files in the last-used directory when they forgot to manually change the path of the folder, which led to duplicate files saved in two folders. This resulted in the raw images for ''Omicron-ACE2 & Trypsin'' and ''Delta-apo'' mistakenly being used for preparing the panels of ''WT-ACE2 & Trypsin'' and ''WT-apo,'' respectively, When zooming in on different regions, the raw image for ''Omicron-ACE2 & Trypsin'' was used both for the ''Omicron-ACE2 & Trypsin'' panel and mistakenly for the ''WT-ACE2 & Trypsin'' panel, causing partial overlap in the published figure.Similarly, the raw image for ''Delta-apo'' was used both for the ''Delta-apo'' panel and mistakenly for the ''WT-apo'' panel, leading to partial overlap. The authors apologize for any confusion these errors may have caused.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
