Late Breaking Abstract - Immunogenicity and safety of AS01E-adjuvanted respiratory syncytial virus prefusion F protein vaccine (adjuvanted RSVPreF3) up to 6 months post-vaccination in adults 18–49 years of age (YOA) at increased risk of RSV disease and adults ≥60 YOA
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Background: Adults 18–49 YOA with certain chronic conditions are at increased risk for RSV disease (AIR). Immunogenicity of adjuvanted RSVPreF3 was non-inferior in 18–49 YOA AIR versus adults ≥60 YOA at 1 month (M) post-vaccination. Methods: In this open-label, multi-country study ( NCT06389487 ), 18–49 YOA AIR and adults ≥60 YOA received 1 dose of adjuvanted RSVPreF3. Immunogenicity (RSV-A/-B neutralising titres) and safety were assessed up to 6M post-vaccination. Results: 1458 adults were vaccinated. RSV-A/-B neutralising titres increased from baseline to 1M post-vaccination and declined but remained well above baseline at 6M (Fig 1). While intensity and duration were similar across groups, frequency of reactogenicity was higher in 18–49 YOA AIR. Safety was overall consistent (Fig 2). Conclusion: Up to 6M post-vaccination, adjuvanted RSVPreF3 had a similar immunogenicity and overall consistent safety profile in 18–49 YOA AIR and ≥60 YOA adults, in whom efficacy was previously demonstrated. Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
