Enseigner les stratégies de révision grammaticale avec le dispositif « Profil de scripteur » : description de pratiques didactiques déclarées et jugées efficaces par des enseignants du secondaire au Québec

L’apprentissage de stratégies de révision grammaticale constitue un enjeu de réussite scolaire en écriture pour les élèves québécois. Le dispositif « Profil de scripteur », combinant quatre outils en synergie, offre la possibilité aux enseignants de différencier leur enseignement de ces stratégies afin de répondre aux besoins de leurs élèves. Cet article a pour objectif de décrire les pratiques d’implantation du dispositif déclarées par des enseignants du secondaire (élèves de 12-16 ans). Les résultats, recueillis par questionnaire et par entretien collectif, montrent qu’une majorité utilise trois des quatre outils. Les enseignants affirment que le « Profil de scripteur » les aide à mieux planifier et enseigner les stratégies de révision. Cependant, une démarche d’autocorrection unique est offerte aux élèves plutôt que d’être personnalisée en fonction des besoins observés grâce aux outils du « Profil de scripteur ». Six pratiques gagnantes ont été dégagées pour favoriser la mise en œuvre de ce dispositif et éclairer les pratiques de classe.
