Abstract
Nghiên cứu này tập trung vào việc lược khảo các mô hình quản lý thương hiệu địa phương nhằm làm rõ khái niệm, vai trò và tiến trình phát triển của thương hiệu địa phương trong bối cảnh toàn cầu hóa và cạnh tranh gia tăng giữa các vùng lãnh thổ. Trên cơ sở phân tích tài liệu thứ cấp và trường hợp điển hình tại Pháp, Canada, Nhật Bản, Singapore và Hàn Quốc, nghiên cứu cho thấy thương hiệu địa phương được hình thành qua năm giai đoạn chính. Các kết quả chỉ ra rằng quản lý thương hiệu địa phương không đơn thuần là hoạt động truyền thông, mà là chiến lược phát triển dài hạn giúp nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh, thu hút đầu tư, củng cố bản sắc văn hóa và gia tăng giá trị cộng đồng. Kinh nghiệm quốc tế cho thấy sự thành công phụ thuộc vào ba yếu tố: (1) thể chế quản trị minh bạch và linh hoạt; (2) nền tảng số và đồng kiến tạo giá trị; (3) sự phối hợp liên ngành và các bên liên quan. Bài viết cung cấp cơ sở lý thuyết và gợi ý chính sách cho các địa phương ở Việt Nam trong việc thiết kế chiến lược thương hiệu gắn với phát triển bền vững.
