Microwave and millimeter-wave technologies are increasingly integrated into future wireless communication systems. As a result, system components must operate effectively across both frequency bands. Antennas with Orbital Angular Momentum (OAM) modes, capable of enhancing system capacity through multiple mode multiplexing, have emerged as a promising candidate technology. In this paper, a reconfigurable OAM antenna is proposed for dual-band operation at microwave and millimeterwave frequencies. The uniform circular array (UCA) features a dual-port design that enables OAM mode switching through selective port feeding. By feeding one port while terminating the other with a 50Ω load, the antenna maintains system stability and efficiently generates either the +1 or −1 OAM modes without requiring additional mechanisms such as phase shifters or external circuits. Furthermore, the simplified dual-port feeding design allows flexible adjustment of the operating frequency based on the relationship between frequency and antenna size. In this study, two UCAs were designed and optimized to operate at 5.8 and 28 GHz, respectively, achieving reconfigurable OAM mode switching through a selective port feeding.
