هدف البحث الي التعرف علي الخبرة الكندية لتعليم الموهوبين بالتعليم الابتدائي والعناية بهم من خلال دراسة قبول الموهوبين بالتعليم الابتدائي بكندا والبرامج المقدمة لهم واعداد معلم الموهوبين والادارة المدرسية لتعليم الموهوبين والتمويل المقدم لتعليمهم في ضوء العوامل والقوي الثقافية المؤثرة في كندا ومحاولة وضع تصور مقترح لتعليم الموهوبين بالتعليم الابتدائي في مصرفي ضوء هذه الخبرة من قبول الموهوبين وما البرامج التي تقدم لهم واعداد معلم الموهوبين والادارة المدرسية التي تهيئ المناخ اللازم لتطويرهم وذلك في ضوء العوامل والقوي المؤثرة في مصر . Abstract Gifted Education in Egypt and Canada(Comparitive Study) The aim of the research is to identify the Canadian experience for gifted education in primary education , and care for them through studying acceptance of the gifted in primary education in Canada , the programs offered to them , preparing the gifted teacher , the school administration and the funding provided for their education in the light of cultural factors affecting on Canada and trying to develop a proposed concept for education Gifted in primary education in the light of this experience of accepting the gifted, what programs are offered for them, the preparation of the gifted teacher, and the school administration that creates the necessary climate for their development in the light of cultural factors affecting on Egypt.
