Abstract
O desenvolvimento do mercado de Turismo na região de Lisboa em conjunto com o crescimento do mercado de experiências, criou a oportunidade da disponibilização de um serviço que, ao contrário de outras capitais europeias e mundiais, era até agora inexistente em Lisboa. No projecto de dissertação apresentado, a “Air Tours” visa prestar um serviço inovador em Lisboa: Um voo turístico de helicóptero, descolando do rio Tejo, voando sobre a costa ocidental e desvendando ao cliente, nacional ou internacional, uma perspectiva única e fantástica da beleza do território português. É sobre este serviço que foi elaborado um plano de negócio, tendo como objectivos essenciais: descrever detalhadamente o negócio; avaliar os principais desafios do projecto; avaliar a viabilidade do projecto; recomendar os próximos passos a seguir. Este projecto terá um sentido estratégico bem definido, de forma a identificar claramente as vantagens competitivas do negócio. De forma a alavancar este serviço, a “Air Tours” possuirá um plano de marketing, no qual procurará adaptar a sua oferta às diferentes necessidades do seu público-alvo. É apresentado, em paralelo, um plano de Qualidade e Segurança que comporta numerosas etapas, desde a manutenção da aeronave até ao serviço ao cliente. Por fim é feita uma exposição técnica da operação onde são identificados os principais recursos necessários para o arranque da “Air Tours”, e qual o modus operandi correcto a efectuar para tornar o projecto exequível. Pretende-se com este documento elaborar um Plano de Negócio que permita implementar, com sucesso, um serviço de sightseeing aéreo, preenchendo deste modo uma lacuna de mercado detectada no mercado de turismo aéreo em Lisboa.
