Abstract

Introduction : Exercer la pharmacie ne peut se faire adéquatement sans connaitre le cadre législatif et normatif applicable. L’objectif de cet article est de présenter les travaux entourant la mise en place d’un fil du temps historique des changements législatifs et normatifs au niveau provincial. Méthode : Il s’agit d’une étude rétrospective. À partir de l’ouvrage Législation et systèmes de soins, nous avons extrait les versions des fils de temps historique. Dans un second temps, nous avons sélectionné les textes impliquant l’exercice de pharmacie sur le site web de la Gazette officielle du Québec. Dans un troisième temps, nous avons validé les données extraites initialement et les données complémentaires recueillies dans nos stratégiques de recherche. Un tableau synthèse a été produit et vérifié par un assistant de recherche et le professeur responsable. Dans un dernier temps, nous avons publié le tableau sur le blogue Législation et systèmes de soins. Résultats : La recherche documentaire a permis l’identification d’un total de 79 modifications législatives applicables au palier provincial. Les modifications identifiées portent sur une période de 1866 à aujourd’hui. Conclusion : Nous pensons que le fil historique reconstitué et publié sur le blogue Législation et systèmes de soins est un élément de contenu pertinent, tant aux étudiants en formation qu’aux pharmaciens en exercice ainsi qu’aux autres parties prenantes du système de santé. Cette étude démontre la faisabilité de développer un tableau synthèse comportant des modifications législatives relatives au niveau de juridiction québécois.
