بررسی ارتباط کیفیت خواب و درک درد در بیماران مبتلا به آرتریت روماتوئید

Abstract
مقاله پژوهشیمقدمه: آرتریت روماتوئید (Rheumatoid Arthritis) RA، یک بیماری التهابی مزمن اتوایمیون است. بیماران RA بدلیل تخریب مفاصل و محدودیتهای مرتبط در فعالیتهای اجتماعی و عملکردهای فیزیکی، کیفیت زندگی پایینتری را تجربه میکنند. این بیماران کیفیت خواب نامطلوبی داشته که ممکن است بر موارد دیگری از جمله درک درد تأثیر داشته باشد. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی ارتباط کیفیت خواب و درک درد در این بیماران میباشد.روشها: این مطالعهی مقطعی بر روی بیماران RA مراجعهکننده به بیمارستان امام حسین (ع) شهرستان شاهرود انجام شد. 137 بیمار RA انتخاب و از آنها درخواست شد تا به سؤالات مربوطه (پرسشنامهی کیفیت خواب Petersburg، پایایی 0/83 و پرسشنامهی درک درد McGill، پایایی 0/83 تا 0/87) پاسخ دهند. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی انجام گردید. نرمال بودن دادهها با استفاده از آزمون Kolmogorov- Smirnov ارزیابی شد.یافتهها: دادهها ارتباط آماری معنیداری بین کیفیت خواب و طول مدت بیماری (0/001 ˂P) و درک درد با طول مدت بیماری را نشان دادند (0/02 >P ). اما بین درک درد با سن و جنسیت، کیفیت خواب با جنسیت و سن، همبستگی معنیداری مشاهده نشد. نتایج آزمون Chi-square همبستگی آماری معنیداری بین کیفیت خواب و درک درد در بیماران RA نشان داد (0/001 ˂P ).نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر، ارتباط معنیداری را بین کیفیت خواب و درک درد در بیماران RA نشان داد. این بیماران با افزایش طول مدت بیماری کیفیت خواب ضعیفتر و درک درد بیشتری را تجربه میکنند.
