Abstract
Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (2016). Home Mortgage Loan Applications: Total Amount Loans Purchased | Country: USA | ID: 0000016068 | Lender: APPLE BANK FOR SAVINGS | Mortgage Purpose: All Loans | Gender: All Genders | Race: All Races, 2012. Data-Planet™ Statistical Ready Reference by Conquest Systems, Inc. [Data-file]. Dataset-ID: 038-001-003. Dataset: Total value of home loans purchased by a financial institution in the calendar year. Provides data on home mortgage loan applications and outcomes, shown by demographic characteristics of borrower; loan purpose and type; property type (1- to 4-family, multifamily, or manufactured housing); loan amount; reason for denial; property location (metropolitan statistical area [MSA], state, county, and census tract); and individual lender. The collection of this data from depository and nondepository lenders is authorized under the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) of 1975, and was implemented by the Federal Reserve Board's Regulation C. On July 21, 2011, the rule-writing authority of Regulation C was transferred to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). The dataset covers loans for home purchase, home improvement, and refinancing. Annual differences in reporting requirements may impact data comparability and are detailed in the “HMDA Aggregate and Disclosure Reports” available at http://www.ffiec.gov/hmdaadwebreport/abouthmda.htm . Reporting institutions include banks, savings associations, credit unions, and mortgage companies. Since 2011, nondepository institutions with assets of $10 million or less, or who originated fewer than 100 home purchase loans (including refinancings of home purchase loans) in the preceding calendar year, have been exempt from reporting. Depository institutions with assets totaling less than $40 million on the preceding December 31 were exempt from reporting. Category: Banking, Finance, and Insurance Source: Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council The Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) was established in 1979 to prescribe uniform standards and practices for financial institutions regulated by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (FRB), the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), and the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS). The Council was given additional responsibilities under section 340 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1980 to facilitate public access to data that depository institutions must disclose under the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act of 1975 (HMDA) and the aggregation of annual HMDA data, by census tract, for each metropolitan statistical area (MSA). http://www.ffiec.gov/ Subject: Home Mortgages, Loans, Home Loans

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
