Catégorisation institutionnelle des élèves• Les enseignant.e.s n'exercent pas toujours leur jugement professionnel en rangeant les élèves dans des catégories HDAA (handicap ou difficulté d'adaptation ou d'apprentissage) préétablies institutionnellement.• Les élèves issu.e.s de l'immigration sont particulièrement vulnérables à des classifications erronées basées sur des critères institutionnels standards qui ne tiennent pas compte de leur contexte culturel.En effet, pour ces élèves, les actions considérées comme « normales » dans leur culture d'origine et leur environnement d'apprentissage antérieur risquent souvent d'être interprétées à tort comme inappropriées par des enseignant.e.s qui ne sont pas issu.e.s de ces groupes.• D'après les observations de cette synthèse, une formation approfondie sur les différences interculturelles et des pratiques d'évaluation différenciées sont nécessaires.• Il convient aussi de renforcer la collaboration entre les membres du personnel scolaire, notamment entre enseignant.e.s et spécialistes de l'éducation inclusive, de la diversité culturelle et de l'immigration, pour analyser de manière plus approfondie la situation des élèves avant toute classification en HDAA.
