Abstract
Penelitian ini berusaha mengetahui lebih jauh penerapan dan pemahaman mendalam \nmengenai motif pelaksanaan CSR, penerapan SDG 2030 pada program CSR, dan \ndampaknya dalam industri pertambangan yang ada di Indonesia. Penelitian ini memilih 3 \nperusahaan tambang di Indonesia yang memiliki perbedaan latar belakang kepemilikan, \nyakni PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk yang dimiliki oleh pemerintah Indonesia, PT. Adaro \nEnergy Indonesia Tbk yang dimiliki oleh PT. Adaro Strategic Investments, serta PT. Vale \nIndonesia Tbk yang dimiliki oleh Vale Canada Limited. Penelitian ini menggunakan \nmetode content analysis terhadap laporan keberlanjutan (sustainability report) dari tahun \n2019 hingga 2021 dari masing-masing perusahaan. Penelitian ini menemukan ANTM dan \nVALE mengintegrasikan SDG 2030 sebagai acuan dalam pembentukan rencana kegiatan \nCSR yang menunjukan bahwa kedua perusahaan hanya memenuhi legal responsibilities \nmenurut Carrolls Pyramid sedangkan ADRO berusaha mensejahterakan kehidupan \nmasyarakat di sekitar wilayah operasional melalui integrasi SDG 2030 pada program CSR \nsehingga memenuhi ethical responsibilities menurut Carrolls Pyramid. Walaupun \ndemikian, ketiga perusahaan cenderung melaporkan laporan keberlanjutan hanya \nberdasarkan template saja dikarenakan tidak banyak perubahan yang terjadi pada laporan \nkeberlanjutan ketiga perusahaan selama tahun 2019 hingga 2021. Kemudian, ditemukan \nbahwa ketiga perusahaan sempat mengalami perubahan maupun penambahan fokus \nmengenai pemenuhan SDG 2030 yang diakibatkan karena adanya faktor eksternal seperti \npandemi, kebutuhan masyarakat di sekitar wilayah operasional yang berubah, hingga \ntuntutan dari perusahaan induk.
