Abstract
This study is entitled: “Analysis of Sharia Economic Law on rentals in the Makam Haji Village during the Covid-19 period in the Year 2020-2021. From this problem is whether the rental of boarding houses in the Haji Makam Village is in accordance with Sharia Economic Law transactions and how is the impact of Covid-19 on boarding houses in the Haji's Makam Village in 2020-2021?. The objectives of this study are: "To describe how the rental of boarding houses in Makam Haji Village is in accordance with Sharia Economic Law transactions and to describe how the impact of Covid-19 on boarding houses in Makam Haji Village is". This type of research is a descriptive-qualitative field research. And the data that the authors collect is from the results of direct interviews with the owner of the boarding house and the tenant of the boarding house in the Makam Haji Village. In the implementation system, some boarding house owners use a down payment at the beginning, and for different rentals there are monthly, third-month and even yearly, so the rental price is certainly very different, with the impact of Covid-19 on boarding house rentals in the Makam Haji Village in 2020-2021, of course, it is very slightly different, because of course some of the owners of the boarding house are at a loss and some are not from the impact of Covid-19. In this case, the owner provides a discounted price, so that it is not too burdensome for the tenant and provides compensation to the boarding tenant.
