Asiakastyytyväisyyskyselyn kehittäminen iäkkäiden asumispalveluyksiköihin

Abstract
Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli luoda Lohjan kaupungin asumispalveluyksiköihin asiakastyytyväisyyskyselylomakkeet. Tavoitteena oli tehdä toimivat lomakkeet asumispalveluyksiköihin erään kaupungin vuodeosastojen asiakaspalautelomakkeiden (Karjalainen & Krohnberg 2012) sekä teoriatiedon pohjalta. Vuodeosastoille tehtyjen lomakkeiden käyttö tässä työssä kehitettävien asiakastyytyväisyyskyselylomakkeiden taustavaikuttajana johtuu tilaajan toiveesta. \n \nTämä opinnäytetyö on kehittämistyö, jossa käytettiin laadullisen tutkimuksen menetelmiä. Työn pohjana toimii Karjalainen & Krohnbergin (2012) lomakkeiden lisäksi teoriatietoa palveluasumisen, asiakkaan, omaisen, hoidon laadun, hyvän hoidon sekä asiakastyytyväisyyden määrittelystä. Tässä kehittämistyössä lisättiin Wong-Baker FACES tyylinen ilmeitä kuvaava asteikko numeraalisen asteikon tueksi helpottamaan vastauksia, kun kohderyhmänä ovat iäkkäät. Lomakkeissa käytettävä numeraalinen asteikko mukautettiin vastaavaksi kuin Karjalaisen & Krohnbergin (2012) työssä. Asiakastyytyväisyyskyselylomakkeet luotiin tilaajan toiveesta asiakkaille ja omaisille. \nLomakkeiden toimivuutta tutkittiin tekemällä esitutkimus. Esitutkimuksessa haastateltiin asiakkaita ja omaisille luotiin lomakekysely. \n \nEsitutkimuksen mukaan lomakkeiden asiasisältö oli ymmärrettävää. Asiakkaiden haastatteluissa esille tullut asiakastyytyväisyyskyselylomakkeen vaikealukuisuus muokattiin lihavoimalla tekstiä sekä termi hoitoyksikkö vaihdettiin asumispalveluyksiköksi. Omaisten palautelomakkeista nousseiden ehdotusten perusteella Wong-Baker FACES tyylisen asteikon ymmärrettävyyttä tuettiin väreillä ja kirjoitusvirheet korjattiin. Esitutkimuksen tulosten perusteella saatiin luotua lopulliset asiakastyytyväisyyskyselylomakkeet opinnäytetyön tuotoksena. \n \nJatkossa voitaisiin tutkia ovatko lomakkeet nyt toimivia ja onko niistä saatu tieto auttanut kehittämään iäkkäiden asumispalveluyksiköiden toimintaa Lohjan kaupungissa.
