Ce rapport analyse les modalités diverses des soutiens intégrés ou « wraparound » en \nemployabilité. Le wraparound est une approche d’intervention qui vise à mettre en \ncommun différents secteurs afin d’offrir une intervention plus globale appréhendant la \ncomplexité de l’individu, au lieu de considérer celui-ci comme une entité sectionnable dont \nles besoins sont perméables. Ce rapport explore quelques modalités de mise en œuvre du \nwraparound dans les mesures d’emploi visant les jeunes, au Québec et en Ontario. Plus \nspécifiquement, les problématiques, la configuration d’acteurs et les services proposés \ncaractérisent-ils et modélisent-ils la mise en œuvre des mesures de wraparound? \nPour l’étudier, ce rapport aborde les problématiques des jeunes et les ressources offertes \npar les prestataires de services ainsi que les stratégies de collaboration des acteurs de la \nmise en œuvre. Le rapport se clôt sur des pistes de recommandations pour les politiques. \nPar le biais d’une recherche réalisée en collaboration par la Chaire-réseau de recherche sur \nla jeunesse du Québec et Emploi et Développement social Canada (Longo, Gaudreau et \nFranke, 2020), une analyse qualitative des entretiens auprès des organismes prestataires \nde services au Québec et en Ontario a été menée. L’étude détermine comment les \nmodalités d’action du wraparound peuvent différer selon les acteurs et les régions. Chaque \norganisme responsable d’offrir des services d’employabilité aux jeunes a mobilisé un ou \ndeux intervenants pour réaliser l’entretien.
