Abstract
El presente Plan de Negocios tiene por objetivo general la creación, organización y puesta en marcha de una empresa exportadora de Trucha ahumada congelada. \n Integramos esta empresa dos jóvenes emprendedoras que unimos esfuerzos y analizamos la oportunidad de negocio, debido a que si bien es cierto el Perú es exportador de trucha congelada, aún no se han reportado iniciativas de exportación de trucha ahumada congelada. \n Para asumir este reto innovador constituimos la empresa “Peruvian Fish S.A.C.”, con el objetivo de posicionar nuestra marca tanto en el mercado nacional como internacional al año 2023; para lo cual efectuamos una investigación que se lleva a cabo considerando el análisis de fuentes de información primaria y secundaria, interiorizando profundamente el análisis del mercado objetivo, perfil del consumidor, competencia local e internacional, etc. \n Luego de realizar el análisis de mercado y la situación del sector en nuestro país se eligió como mercado de destino de nuestras exportaciones el Canadá, debido a que este país es el tercer importador de filete de trucha ahumada congelada en el mundo, adicionalmente en los últimos años Canadá ha mostrado un marcado interés por mantener una alimentación sana y que les aporte beneficios, consumiendo productos saludables que cubran sus requerimientos nutricionales, por lo que concluimos que nuestro producto tendrá la acogida en dicho mercado por sus beneficios, sus altos nutrientes, calidad y por ser un producto de práctico y de rápido consumo.
