Abstract
Gonartrosis adalah pengapuran atau osteoartritis pada lutut dan menurunkan kualitas hidup seseorang. World Health Organization (WHO) mencatat 10% orang usia ≥60 tahun mengalami gonartrosis, dengan 27,4% di antaranya berada di negara berpenghasilan tinggi. Total Knee Replacement (TKR) menjadi terapi utama pada stadium lanjut, namun data lokal pasien TKR masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan karakteristik pasien gonartrosis yang menjalani TKR di RS Dr. M. Djamil Padang tahun 2022–2023, serta mengevaluasi fungsi pascaoperasi menggunakan indeks WOMAC yang valid, praktis, dan sesuai untuk menilai nyeri dan keterbatasan aktivitas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional yang menggunakan data dari rekam medis dan wawancara melalui instrumen Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Indeks (WOMAC) dengan sampel terdiri dari 25 pasien menggunakan teknik total sampling. Sebagian besar pasien berusia 56–65 tahun dan mayoritas berjenis kelamin perempuan. Berdasarkan indeks massa tubuh (IMT), didominasi oleh kategori obese 1 sebanyak 32%. Lokasi TKR terbanyak adalah unilateral sinistra (56%). Sebagian besar pasien tidak memiliki komorbiditas dengan skor indeks WOMAC menunjukkan mayoritas pasien berada pada kategori ringan (84%). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa usia lanjut, jenis kelamin perempuan, dan obesitas merupakan faktor yang sering ditemukan pada pasien yang menjalani TKR. Dominasi skor WOMAC kategori ringan mengindikasikan bahwa sebagian besar pasien mengalami perbaikan fungsi pascaoperasi. Kata kunci: Gonartrosis, Total Knee Replacement, Indeks WOMAC
