Mahasiswa yang aktif berorganisasi di kampus menghadapi tanggung jawab dan tekanan yang lebih besar, seperti manajemen peran ganda, penyelarasan antara tugas akademik dan organisasi, serta ekspektasi eksternal untuk senantiasa tampil baik atau berhasil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara religiusitas dengan quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa yang mengikuti organisasi di Fakultas Psikologi UIN SUSKA Riau. Quarter life crisis merupakan krisis emosional yang dialami individu pada masa transisi menuju dewasa awal, seperti kebimbangan arah hidup, kecemasan, dan tekanan sosial. Sementara itu, religiusitas dipandang sebagai faktor protektif yang dapat membantu individu menghadapi tekanan psikologis tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Sampel berjumlah 112 mahasiswa diambil menggunakan teknik exhaustive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa skala quarter life crisis serta skala moslim religiosity personality inventory (MRPI). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Spearman’s rho dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara religiusitas dan quarter life crisis (ρ = -0,188; p = 0,047), dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 3,5%. Artinya, semakin tinggi tingkat religiusitas, maka semakin rendah tingkat quarter life crisis yang dialami mahasiswa. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa religiusitas berperan sebagai salah satu faktor pelindung dalam menghadapi tekanan perkembangan usia dewasa awal, khususnya bagi mahasiswa yang aktif berorganisasi.
