Abstract
Seorang individu yang berada pada kondisi quarter life crisis akan mengalami banyak masalah akibat adanya tekanan, dan munculnya kecemasan serta kebingungan akan masa depan. Self-efficacy adalah keyakinan individu untuk mencapai serta menyelesaika tugasnya dalam rangka mewujudkan suatu tujuan yang diharapkan, sehingga self-efficacy berperan dalam mengatasi kondisi quarter life crisis. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara self-efficacy dengan quarter life crisis. Pendekatan kuantitatif korelasi digunakan pada penelitian ini. Sebanyak 144 mahasiwa yang sedang menempuh tugas akhir dengan rentang umur 20-30 tahun dijadikan sebagai subjek penelitian yang diambil dengan teknik probability sampling. Uji korelasi Product Moment Pearson memanfaatkan IBM SPSS versi 25 digunakan dalam analisis data penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa semester akhir Psikologi Islam Universitas Islam Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung memiliki hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan antara Self-efficacy dengan Quarter Life Crisis. \nKata kunci: dewasa awal, self-efficacy, quarter life crisis
