Abstract
RÉSUMÉ: La communication au sein des organisations est un vaste sujet, non exclusif à la gestion. Toutefois, et selon le PMI, les compétences en communication du gestionnaire de projets sont jugées primordiales. Dans le cadre de ce mémoire, nous ferons un état de l'art sur les outils de communication en GP et sur les modèles de communication à partir d'une critique du modèle classique E/R. Par la suite, nous développerons un questionnaire pour vérifier si d'autres modèles seraient aussi ou plus appropriés. Nous espérons ainsi pouvoir faire un premier bilan sur les modèles et outils de communication utilisés au sein des projets. Nous espérons aussi mieux comprendre les contextes d'utilisation de ces modèles et outils de communication. Pour ce faire, nous avons réalisé une étude de recherche exploratoire par le biais d'une étude qualitative et descriptive. Un questionnaire a été réalisé sur le site web www.survervmonkey.com et diffusé auprès de gestionnaires de projets du Québec. Par la suite, le traitement des réponses a été fait afin d'établir un premier portrait des outils et modèles de communication utilisés au sein des projets au Québec. -- Mot(s) clé(s) en français : Méthodes de communication, outils de communication, gestion de projet. -- ABSTRACT: \nCommunication within organisations is a vast subject and is not exclusive to management. However, and according to the PMI, project manager communication skills are considered to be essential. In this thesis, we will examine both the communication models as they are at present from the stand point of a classic E/R model and communication tools in PM. Subsequently, we will develop a questionnaire to see if other models would be equally or more appropriate. We hope this research will make an initial assessment of models and communication tools which seem appropriate in project management and try to better understand the contexts of use of these models and communication tools. We wish to make an exploratory research study since this study has been analysed as such; the methodology used is a qualitative descriptive study. A questionnaire was issued on the website: www.suryerymonkey.com, and was distributed to many managers in Québec.
