Les anglicismes dans la revue de skate « Sugar » : comment sont-ils utilisés et quelles sont les règles derrière ces utilisations?

Abstract
Tutkielmani aiheena on anglismit Sugar-nimisessä skeittaukseen keskittyvässä aikakauslehdessä. Anglismit ovat englannin kielestä tulleita lainasanoja. Haluan tutkia, kuinka anglismeja on käytetty Sugar-skeittilehdessä. Tavoitteena on selvittää, onko taustalla sääntöjä, joiden mukaan anglismeja käytetään. Hyödynnän kanadalaista l’Office québécois de la langue française- toimiston suosittelemaa kahdeksan kategorian luokittelua liittyen lainasanoihin. Valitsen aineistoni kannalta vain kaksi tärkeintä kategoriaa, jotka ovat suorat lainaukset (emprunts intégraux) ja hybridilainaukset (emprunts hybrides). Lähestyn tutkimuskysymystäni kielitieteen kautta ja keskityn analyysissa tarkemmin englannin kielestä tulleiden lainasanojen käyttöön. Tutkin, miten lainasanojen muodostuminen tapahtuu. Lisäksi pohdin, muodostuuko lainattujen sanojen välille merkityseroja, kun lainasanat siirretään englannista ranskaan. Keskeiset tutkimustulokset ovat, että anglismeja käytetään Ranskan Akatemian ja poliittisten mallien kielteisistä asenteista huolimatta. Anglismeja on tutkittu paljon uhkina eikä niinkään mahdollisuuksina rikastuttaa kieltä. Skeittaus-sanastoon liitetyt anglismit ovat mielenkiintoisia, koska ne kuuluvat globaaliin kielenkäyttöön. Jokainen skeittaaja tuntee englannista tulleen sanaston. Pieniltä tuntuvien sanojen merkitys voi olla globaalia ja suurta harrastajayhteisöä yhdistävä tekijä, minkä merkitystä lajin harrastajille ei voi vähätellä.
