Untuk memenuhi target produksi pupuk Petroganik yang ditugasi oleh pemerintah, PT Petrokimia Gresik bekerjasama dengan mitra produksi pupuk Petroganik yang tersebar dibeberapa lokasi. Pada tahun 2008 sampai tahun 2013 mitra menunjukkan kinerja yang cukup baik terutama dari sisi tercapainya target produksi Petroganik. Namun pada tahun 2014 sampai tahun 2016 terjadi penurunan kinerja produksi yang cukup signifikan oleh mitra. Beberapa faktor yang diduga menjadi penyebab penurunan kinerja mitra adalah komunikasi yang tidak terjalin dengan baik dan kurangnya dukungan organisasi dari PT Petrokimia Gresik kepada mitra Petroganik saat menjalin hubungan bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh variabel shared values, communication, relationship benefit, dan perceived organizational support yang akan berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel relationship satisfaction. Dan juga melihat pengaruh relationship satisfaction, trust dan commitment terhadap loyalitas (loyalty) hubungan mitra Petroganik kepada PT Petrokimia Gresik dalam jangka panjang. Mitra yang loyal dianggap mampu memberikan kinerja yang baik kepada PT Petrokimia Gresik. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah mitra kerja PT Petrokimia Gresik yang bertugas memproduksi pupuk Petroganik dan telah terikat pada kontrak perjanjian kerjasama. Kuesioner disebar kepada 144 mitra produksi pupuk Petroganik. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari sepuluh hipotesis yang diteliti, tujuh hipotesis diterima dan terdapat tiga hipotesis yang ditolak karena menunjukkan hasil yang tidak signifikan yaitu shared values terhadap relationship satisfaction, communication terhadap relationship satisfaction, dan trust terhadap loyalty. Dari hipotesis yang diterima, variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan tinggi yaitu perceived organizational support.
