Abstract
Au fil des ans, différentes analyses de réussite ont été réalisées par la Direction de la recherche institutionnelle (DRI) de l’Université du Québec (UQ). Certaines se sont intéressées à un genre de programmes spécifique, tels les facteurs de réussite au baccalauréat, alors que d’autres ont ciblé des populations ou réalités étudiantes particulières, comme les étudiant·e·s de première génération ou l’occupation d’un emploi durant les études. Force est toutefois de constater qu’aucun document n’a cherché à rassembler l’ensemble de l’œuvre. Le présent document vise ainsi à regrouper sous un même couvert les différentes variables liées à la persévérance aux études universitaires qui ont été analysées au cours des vingt dernières années par la DRI. Il tentera également de combler certains vides, en s’intéressant notamment aux programmes sans grade comme le DESS (diplôme d’études supérieures spécialisées) ou aux programmes de doctorat, souvent moins représentés dans les études statistiques en raison des petits nombres d’étudiant·e·s ou de répondant·e·s.
