Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

1. \n\nÇalışma, travmalı hastaların ağrı şiddetlerini ve ağrı geçirme uygulamalarından memnuniyetlerini belirlemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak yapıldı. \nAraştırmanın evrenini; İstanbul’da travma nedeniyle iki eğitim hastanesinin acil ünitesine başvuran hastalar oluşturdu. Örnekleme 18-65 yaş aralığında olan 418 travmalı hasta alındı. Araştırmada veriler bireysel özellikler formu, Kısaltılmış Yaralanma Değerlendirme ile Görsel Kıyaslama Ölçeği ve McGill-Melzack Ağrı soru formunun dördüncü bölümü kullanılarak toplandı. Bulguların değerlendirilmesinde sayı, yüzdelik, ortalama, standart sapma, One-way Anova Testi, Student t Testi, Pearson Korelasyon Analizi ve Ki-Kare Testi kullanıldı. SUMMARY\n\n\nTHE DETERMINATION BY SATISFACTION OF PATIENTS FROM THE PAİN DEGREE AND PAIN RELIEF APLICATION\nThis study was made descriptive for determine trauma patient’s pain degres and satisfaction of pain relief exercises. \nThis study’s subjects; Patients who recoursed emergency units of two hospital for trauma in İstanbul consisted of . A total of 418 patients with an age range of 18-65 were included. In the research, the data were obtained from an 13 question via individual properties form, shortened wound assestment with visual analog scale and forth section of McGill-Melzack pain question form. The findings are evaluated by percentage, median, standart deviation, chi-square test, One-way Anova Test, Student t Test, Pearson Corelation Analysis. \nOf the patients, %25.4 (n=106) were in the 28-37 years age range, %69.9 (n= 292) male, %70.8 (n=296) graduate of elementary school, %44.5 (n=186) nonidentified workers, %94.5 (n=395) blunt trauma and %75.4 (n=315) exteremity patients. Of the patients enrolled in the study, %100 (n=418) were given Nonsteroid Antienflamatuar drugs in the ratio of %95.5 (n=416) with Intramuscular way and in the ratio of %62.9 (n=293) maintain their pain were found. \n\tUntil interview time, %51.7 (n=216) ratio of the patients defined the pain “much severe”,at time of interview, %69.2 (n=282) ratio of the patients defined the pain “awfull” which was felt by the patients after trauma was found. %63.4 (n=265) of the patients did not satisfied from the pain relief exercises, the care satisfaction in the emergency unit was medium degre (4.35±2.78; 5.18±2.07) was found. As a result pain severity increased parallelly with trauma severity, but satisfaction degre from the pain relief exercises and emergency care for patients who had high pain severity was low were found.\n\tVia this results, we can say that the pain up to that time in the emergency trauma units hasn’t been handled like a serious problem and most of the trauma patients haven’t been satisfied both from pain relief exercises and emergency care.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
