Le sfide che si impongono per superare l’attuale momento di crisi aprono interrogativi rispetto al ruolo e ai modelli di riferimento delle istituzioni europee.\nIl passaggio da un sistema decisionale basato sull’unanimità a uno fondato principalmente sul principio maggioritario, conseguenza anche dell’allargamento alla partecipazione ad altri paesi alla Comunità europea, è un segno evidente di una tendenza alla personalizzazione delle politiche comunitarie. Si può parlare di una nuova èlite politica? Quali sono le nuovi relazioni ed i nuovi attori di questo cambiamento?\n\nSe ne discuterà giovedì 25 febbraio, alle ore 15.00, presso la Sala della Pace nella prestigiosa cornice di Palazzo Valentini. L’evento, organizzato dall’Osservatorio geopolitico sulle Elite Contemporanee GeopEC (www.geopec.org), in collaborazione con il modulo didattico europeo Jean Monnet (http://w3.uniroma1.it/jeanmonnet/) e la Facoltà di Scienze della Comunicazione della Sapienza Università di Roma, sarà coordinato dall’Onorevole Walter Tocci, direttore del Centro per la Riforma dello Stato. \n\nAl dibattito interverranno: Maria Romana Allegri, professoressa presso la Sapienza Università di Roma, Pier Virgilio Dastoli, direttore della Rappresentanza in Italia della Commissione europea, Paolo Ponzano del Centro Robert Schuman (Istituto universitario europeo).
