Abstract
INDONESIA: \n \nPengeloaan arsip inaktif di Badan Standardisasi Instrumen Penelitian (BSIP) Aneka Kacang tidak teratur sehingga penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai rekonstruksi arsip inaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi langkah-langkah yang diambil dalam proses rekonstruksi arsip inaktif yang dilakukan di Badan Standardisasi Instrumen Penelitian (BSIP) Aneka Kacang serta untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala yang menghambat jalannya kegiatan rekonstruksi arsip inaktif. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa Badan Standardisasi Instrumen Penelitian (BSIP) Aneka Kacang melakukan rekonstruksi arsip yang terbagi pada dua tahap yang pertama yaitu pemilahan yang terdiri dari pemilahan, pengelompokan, dan klasifikasi. Yang kedua yaitu memasukkan arsip ke dalam boks arsip, diinput, pelabelan dan penataan di rak arsip di ruang arsip. Seluruh tahap rekonstruksi arsip inaktif ini sesuai dengan pedoman Peraturan Menteri Per tanian tentang Penyelenggaraan Kearsipan Lingkup Kementerian Pertanian. Faktor yang menghambat jalannya rekonstruksi arsip inaktif di Badan Standardisasi Instrumen Penelitian (BSIP) Aneka Kacang adalah kurangnya pegawai yang memiliki latar belakang pendidikan kearsipan yang menghambat kegiatan rekonstruksi arsip di Badan Standardisasi Instrumen Penelitian (BSIP) Aneka Kacang. \n \nENGLISH: \n \nThe management of inactive archives at the Aneka Kacang Research Instrument Standardization Agency (BSIP) is irregular so this research examines the reconstruction of inactive archives. This research aims to identify the steps taken in the process of reconstructing inactive archives carried out at the Aneka Kacang Research Instrument Standardization Agency (BSIP) and to find out the obstacles that hinder the course of inactive archive reconstruction activities. The research used a qualitative approach. Data collection by conducting observations, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The results show that the Aneka Kacang Research Instrument Standardization Agency (BSIP) conducts archive reconstruction which is divided into two stages, the first is sorting which consists of sorting, grouping, and classification. The second is putting archives into archive boxes, inputting, labeling and arranging on archive shelves in the archive room. All stages of inactive archive reconstruction are in accordance with the guidelines of the Minister of Agriculture Regulation on the Implementation of Archives within the Ministry of Agriculture. Factors that hinder the reconstruction of inactive archives at the Aneka Kacang Research Instrument Standardization Agency (BSIP) are the lack of employees who have an archival education background which hinders archival reconstruction activities at the Aneka Kacang Research Instrument Standardization Agency (BSIP). \n \nARABIC: \n \nتعتبر إدارة الأرشيفات غير النشطة في وكالة أنيكا كاتشائغ لتوحيد أدوات البحث (BSIP) غير منتظمة، لذا فإن هذا البحث يدرس إعادة بناء الأرشيفات غير النشطة يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على الخطوات المتخذة في عملية إعادة بناء الأرشيفات غير النشطة التي تتم في وكالة أنيكا كا تشانغ لتوحيد أدوات البحث (BSIP) ومعرفة العقبات التي تعيق مسار أنشطة إعادة بناء الآ رشيفات غير النشطة استخدم البحث منهجا نوعيا . تم جمع البيانات من خلال إجراء الملاحظات و المقابلات ودراسات الأدبيات والتوثيق تظهر النتائج أن وكالة أنكا كاتشانغ لتوحيد أدوات البحث تقوم بإعادة بناء الأرشيف والتي تنقسم إلى مرحلتين، الأولى هي الفرز والتي تتكون من (BSIP) الفرز والتجميع والتصنيف والثانية هي وضع المحفوظات في صناديق الأرشيف وإدخالها وتوسيمها وترتيبها على أرفف الأرشيف فى غرفة الأرشيف تتوافق جميع مراحل إعادة بناء الأرشيف غير النشط مع المبادئ التوجيهية للائحة وزير الزراعة بشأن تنفيذ الأرشيف داخل وزارة الزراعة تتمثل العوامل التي تعيق إعادة بناء المحفوظات غير النشطة في وكالة انيكا كاتشائع لتوحيد أدوات البحث في وكالة انيكا كاتشانغ لتوحيد أدوات البحث في عدم وجود موظفين لديهم خلفية تعليمية في مجال الأرشيف مما يعيق أنشطة إعادة بناء الأرشيف في وكالة انيكا كاتشانغ لتوحيد أدوات البحث في وكالة انيكا كاتشانغ لتوحيد أدوات البحث.
