Vairāki psihiskie traucējumi ir saistīti ar psoriāzi, etiopatoģenēze ir daudzveidīga. Dažas psihiskas blakusslimības var rasties hroniskas ādas slimības psihosociālās ietekmes rezultātā. No otras puses, psoriāzi var uzturēt un saasināt pacienta esošais psihiskais stāvoklis, tādējādi veidojot apburto loku. Bērnības pieredze nosaka to, kā veidosies cilvēka personības stiprās un vājās puses, tā ietekmē reakciju uz saslimšanu, tajā skaitā- psoriāzi. Kā aleksitīmija, tā personības traucējumi var ietekmēt to, kā pacients uztver saslimšanu, kā ar to sadzīvo un ārstē.Latvijā nav pētīta psoriāzes saistība ar bērnības pieredzi, personības traucējumiem un aleksitīmiju. Pētījuma hipotēze: psoriāzes pacientiem bērnības pieredze ietekmē personības attīstību, specifisku personības īpatnību un aleksitīmijas veidošanos. Pētījuma mērķis: izpētīt bērnības pieredzes saikni ar personības īpatnībām un aleksitīmiju psoriāzes pacientiem. Uzdevumi: 1. izpētīt aleksitīmiju, dominējošo bērnības pieredzi un personības traucējumus psoriāzes pacientiem; 2. novērtēt saikni starp bērnības pieredzi un aleksitīmiju psoriāzes pacientiem; 3. novērtēt saikni starp personības traucējumiem un aleksitīmiju psoriāzes pacientiem; 4. novērtēt saikni starp bērnības pieredzi un personības traucējumiem pie psoriāzes. Materiāli un metodes: Pētījuma ietvaros tika veiktas anonīmas aptaujas anketēšana sociālajā tīklā “Facebook” Psoriāzes pacientu atbalsta grupā ar Google: anonīmās aptaujas palīdzību. Retrospektīvi tika analizētas 50 pilngadīgu, apstiprinātu psoriāzes pacientu pašaptaujas anketas: Toronto aleksitīmijas skala (TAS-20) - aleksitīmijas mērīšanai; Robežlīmeņa personības traucējumu aptauju (Borderline Personality Inventory scale) - personības traucējumu (īpatnību) mērīšanai; bērnības pieredzes aptauja – bērnības pieredzes pētīšanai. Datu analīzei un apkopošanai tika izmantotas sekojošas datorprogrammas: Microsoft Exel programma, IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0. Pētījuma būtiskuma līmenis p<0.05. Rezultāti: pētījumā piedalījās 50 pacienti ar apstiprinātu psoriāzes diagnozi: 40 sievietes (80%) un 10 vīrieši (20%), vidējais vecumsir 33.3 (SD=8.68) gadi. Negatīva, traumējoša bērnības pieredze tika konstatēta 52%, personības traucējumi- 12% , aleksitīmija- 24% respondentu. Pie tam 66.67% psoriāzes pacientu, kam ir aleksitīmija, ir konstatēta negatīva bērnības pieredze. 33.33% psoriāzes pacientu ar aleksitīmiju tika konstatēti personības traucējumi. Secinājumi: Psoriāzes pacientiem aleksitīmija, bērnības pieredze un personības traucējumi savā starpā ir saistīti. Taču tas viennozīmīgi nenosaka, ka psoriāzes pacientiem slimība ir saistīta ar bērnības pieredzi, kas ar laiku var izraisīt personības traucējumus un aleksitīmiju.
