Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bobot telur, bobot tetas, lama menetas dan saleable duck itik Hibrida di peternakan itik Jafrisani Farm. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan 13 Mei – 13 Juni 2023 di Peternakan Jafrisani Farm di Desa Payobasuang, Kecamatan Payakumbuh Timur, Kota \nPayakumbuh, Sumatera Barat. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan telur itik Hibrida sebanyak 320 butir dari 16 flok selama 4 hari pengumpulan telur. Setiap flok dikumpulkan telur sebanyak 5 butir perhari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode \nobservasi dengan analisis data secara deskriptif. Parameter yang diamati yaitu bobot telur, bobot tetas, lama menetas, dan saleable duck. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan rataan bobot telur yaitu 66,44±0,77 gram, rataan bobot tetas \n45,64±0,89 gram, rataan lama menetas 682,49±22,69 jam, dan rataan saleable duck 100±0,07% karena terdapat DOD yang cacat fisik berupa bentuk kaki yang cacat dan omphalitis. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa telur itik \nHibrida di peternakan Jafrisani Farm menghasilkan rataan bobot telur yaitu 66,44±0,77 gram, rataan bobot tetas 45,64±0,89 gram, rataan lama menetas 682,49±22,69 jam dan rataan saleable duck 97,37±0,07%, karena terdapat DOD yang cacat fisik berupa bentuk kaki yang cacat dan omphalitis.
