Abstract
В статті розглядаються основні завдання та зміст Канадської оцінки виконання діяльності (Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM) – методу оцінки порушень, які виникають при різних нозологіях, в тому числі й в осіб з травматичними невропатіями верхньої кінцівки. Даний діагностичний інструмент був розроблений канадськими ерготерапевтами з метою об'єктивного вимірювання змін, які відбулися з точки зору клієнта у виконанні важливих для нього активностей у повсякденному житті. Канадська методика ґрунтується на визначенні виконання діяльності, яка складається з самообслуговування, продуктивної діяльності та дозвілля. При травматичних невропатіях в залежності від виду та рівня травми спостерігаються порушення всіх вищезазначених сфер діяльності і включають в себе порушення руху і координації рук, кистей і пальців, що часто призводить до складнощів виконання повсякденних функцій, таких як приготування та прийом їжі, одягання, застібання ґудзиків, вмивання, маніпулювання дрібними предметами, письмо та багато інших. Тому від їх максимально можливого відновлення безпосередньо залежить якість життя пацієнтів з даною патологією.
