Abstract
El presente estudio de investigación titulado Conocimiento y actitudes del personal de \nenfermería sobre reanimación cardiopulmonar en el servicio de emergencia y Unidad de \nCuidados Intensivos del Hospital San Isidro Labrador Essalud Ate-2021 tuvo como \nObjetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre el conocimiento y la actitud del personal \nde enfermería sobre la Reanimación Cardiopulmonar La Metodología: fue de tipo \ncuantitativo, descriptivo, correlacional, no experimental de corte transversal, la población \nestuvo conformada por 36 enfermeras, la técnica utilizada fue la entrevista y el instrumento \nconsta de 2 cuestionarios conformado por 20 ítems para medir la primera variable y 10 \nítems para medir la segunda variable. El análisis estadístico se realizó mediante el cálculo \nde coeficiencia de correlación de Spearman, considerado un nivel de significancia de \n(p=729%). Resultado: Dado que el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman (𝜌� = 0.60) \nindica que existe correlación positiva muy baja entre la variable conocimiento y \nactitud, además el valor de significación (P=0,729) >0.05, evidencia que se rechaza \nla hipótesis alterna y se acepta la hipótesis nula. Concluyendo que No existe relación \ndirecta entre el conocimiento y la actitud del personal de enfermería, es decir el \nconocimiento no necesariamente influye en la actitud del personal de enfermería ya que no se presenta correlación entre estas variables.
