Cette thèse porte sur l’étude du pléthysme à l’aide de la combinatoire des tableaux, et regroupe trois articles de l’autrice portant sur le sujet. Le premier aborde la décomposition des 2-pléthysmes de fonctions symétriques homogènes et élémentaires, alors que le deuxième présente celle des 3-pléthysmes de ces mêmes fonctions, et présente une approche généralisable aux m-pléthysmes de ces fonctions. Ces deux articles utilisent la combinatoire des tableaux pour décrire les coefficients apparaissant dans chacun des plathysmes de la décomposition pléthystique de la mième puissance d’une telle fonction. Le troisième article prend une approche différente, et aborde la décomposition du pléthysme de deux fonctions de Schur dans la base des fonctions quasi-symétriques fondamentales. Celle-ci peut également être comprise à travers le prisme de la combinatoire des tableaux, et tout particulièrement à travers la théorie des cristaux. Cet article vise alors à décrire les relations entre ces deux bases, les fonctions de Schur et les fonctions quasi-symétriques fondamentales, à travers l’étude de cristaux, et quasi-cristaux, de tableaux.
