Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

VII \nABSTRACT \nAIM: Functional dyspepsia is a common disease. Its etiology is not well known and it can exist together with several psychiatric disorders. In our country dyspepsia researches usually investigate the associations between organic diseases (Coeliac disease, H. Pylori infection, etc.) and dyspepsia. There is only one study that investigates the link between dyspepsia patients and psychiatric disorders. In this study our aim is investigate the somatization, depression, anxiety, attachment and alexhytimia levels between functional dyspepsia, organic dyspepsia and healthy controls. \nMATERIAL AND METHODS: Thirty functional dyspepsia, 29 organic dyspepsia patients who were admitted to our gastroenterology otupatient clinic and 27 helathy controls enrolled to our study. Beck Depression Inventory, Toronto Alexhytimia Scale, Adult Attachment Scale, State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support and questions numbered 1, 4, 12, 27, 40, 42, 48, 49, 52, 53, 56, 58 of Symptom Check List-90 performed to all patients and healthy controls. All participants examined by a psychiatrist for somatization. Contunious datas processed with analysis of variance and categoric datas were processed with chi aquare analysis. p values below 0.05 accepted as significant. \nRESULTS: Healthy controls were younger than organic dyspepsia group and women/men rate was lower in organic dyspepsia than other two groups. Depression score was higher in functional dyspepsi group than healthy controls and functional dyspepsia group attached more secure than healthy control group. Somatization rate was seen higher in functional dyspepsia group with psychiatric examination. There were no significant difference seen in anxiety, alexhytimia and social support between three groups. VIII \nDISCUSSION: Depressiona and somatization were more common in functional dyspepsia group. Our study showed that multidisciplinal approach need to be preferred in the treatment of functional dyspepsia patients.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
