Abstract
El objetivo de este estudio es analizar las percepciones de los actores de la ingeniería pedagógica de las organizaciones públicas de Quebec respecto al posible impacto de la transformación en las prácticas de formación del personal. Se entrevistaron 12 profesionales de 10 organizaciones de la administración pública de Quebec. Se realizó un análisis temático de contenido con ayuda de un árbol de códigos. Los resultados muestran que la pandemia catalizó una toma de conciencia sobre el retraso en la educación digital seguida de una adaptación de los métodos de enseñanza para satisfacer las necesidades inmediatas. La urgencia obligó a las organizaciones a acelerar el proceso de creación de cursos de formación, pasando de las presentaciones presenciales a las grabaciones disponibles de forma asíncrona. Los hallazgos sugieren que esta transformación implicó una evolución de las técnicas y un cambio en la percepción de la formación digital dentro de las organizaciones.
