An Investigation of the Effects of Posture Corrective Exercise and Stretch Combination on Flexibility Pain and Depression Score in the Late Adolescence Period
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Aim: In this study, we investigated the effects of stretchingand exercise in late puberty on flexibility, pain and anxiety.Method: 30 people were enrolled in the Physiotherapyand Rehabilitation department and Ergotherapy department of a foundationuniversity. Beck Depression Scale was used for the anxiety measurements of theparticipants, McGill Pain Test was used for determining the pain scores;flexibility measurements were made manually by the same physiotherapist. Thequestionnaires were analyzed by SPSS 21 program. Mann Whitney-U test andWilcoxon test were used in the analysis.Findings: The mean age of participants wascalculated as 19,53±1,24 years in the study group of 19,66±0,81 years in thecontrol group. In the McGill pain questionnaire, the mean value for the controlgroup was 54.53 after treatment 54.66 before treatment; in the study group, itwas 61.46 before treatment and 51.46 after treatment. Beck depression scoreswere calculated as 11. 00 before treatment and as 10.53 after treatment in thecontrol group as 11. 73 before treatment and as 10.93 after treatment in thestudy group. Conclusion: There was a significant decrease inpain in the group who made use of exercise and stretching combination for ashort time. The changes in the exercise group were minimal compared to theother group. According to these findings we think that it is absolutelynecessary to add streching exercise to the sport clock of the high schoolstudents and the sports unit.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
