El presente informe tiene por objetivo describir mi trayectoria profesional lograda después de recibir el grado de Bachiller en Ingeniería Geográfica, adquirida en el Organismo de Formalización de la Propiedad Informal (COFOPRI), posteriormente en una consultora ambiental y finalmente en La Dirección de Capitanías y Guardacostas (DICAPI) de la Marina de Guerra del Perú, desempeñándome principalmente en el uso de herramientas de Sistemas de Información Geográfica - ArcGIS para la evaluación de proyectos presentados ante Dirección del Ambiente Acuático (DIRAMA), mi objetivo en el presente estudio es la determinación de la Linea de Mas Alta Marea (LAM) y la línea de la franja de los cincuenta (50) metros paralelo a LAM realizado en la Playa San Andres a través del método convencional realizando un levantamiento topográfico directo (taquimetría) a través una estación total y DGPS; por ello se tomó y se realizó el reconocimiento del area a fin de conocer la características geomorfológicas de la playa San Andrés, situada en el distrito de San Andrés, provincia de Pisco en el Departamento de Ica, posteriormente se procedio a ubicar las estaciones de control geodésico y se efectuó el mareograma correspondiente al lugar y fecha de la playa San Andres, asimismo se realice la toma de altura de la marea registrada en la playa en el momemto, cabe mencionar que se verifico la cota LAM para el puerto donde se ubique una estación mareografica en este caso tome el valor de la cota LAM de Pisco el cual tiene una cota de 1.47 metros el cual se obtuvo de la tabla de mareas.
