Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan mengambil
\nsampel yaitu masyarakat di Kelurahan Kemiling Permai Kecamatan Kemiling
\nKota Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 97 orang menggunakan rumus t-yamane.
\nHasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan aspek kognitif terbesar pada
\nperempuan mengetahui Herman Hn adalah sosok pemimpin yang religius sebesar
\n99,67% dan di bagian paling kecil pada peryataan perempuan mengetahui tidak
\nsemua calon kepala daerah berasal dari birokrasi sebesar 79,7%. Pada aspek
\nafektif paling besar dibagian pernyataan Perempuan senang untuk mengetahui
\nlatar belakang calon Kepala Daerah Kota Bandar Lampung sebesar 99,8 % dan
\naspek afektif paling kecil di bagian pernyataan perempuan senang mengikuti
\npilihan politik ibu/kakak dalam pemilihan Kepala Daerah Kota Bandar Lampung
\nsebesar 85%. Pada aspek evaluatif paling besar pada pernyataan perempuan setuju
\ndengan pola pikir dan cara pandang organisasinya dalam menilai seorang
\npemimpin sebesar 99,3% dan aspek evaluatif paling kecil pada pernyataan
\nperempuan setuju bila pilihan politk keluarga lebih baik daripada mengikuti
\npilihan politik sendiri sebesar 91,7%. Berdasarkan hasil ketiga aspek tersebut jika
\ndibandingkan maka aspek afektif yang paling tinggi yaitu sebesar 99,8%.

\nThe method used was verificative descriptive quantitative. The populations in this
\nresearch were the womans of Subdistrict Kemiling Permai Kemiling Bandar
\nLampung and 97 samples from womans of Subdistrict Kemiling Permai Kemiling
\nBandar Lampung by the t-yamane formula.
\nThe results of this study indicated that based on the cognitive aspects largest
\nwomen know Herman Hn is a religious leader figure of 99.67% and in the very
\nsmall to the statement that a woman knows that not all prospective head region
\ncomes from the bureaucracy 79.7%. In most affective aspects statement section
\nWomen happy to know the background of candidates for Regional Head of
\nBandar Lampung at 99.8% and affective aspects of the smallest on the statement
\nfollowing the political choices of women happy mother / sister in the election of
\nRegional Head of Bandar Lampung by 85% , In most evaluative aspects of the
\nwomen agreed with the statement mindsets and perspectives of the organization in
\nassessing a leader at 99.3% and evaluative aspects of the smallest on the assertion
\nof women agree that a better selection of family politics than following their own
\npolitical choices by 91.7%. From 3 aspect, we know that is aspect affective is high
\nthan cognitive and evaluative at 98,8%.
