Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

ABSTRACT Quarter Life Crisis (QLC) is a stressful phase experienced by individuals in the 20-30 year age range, especially final semester students who are facing academic demands and the transition to the world of work. This study aims to analyze the influence of social support on QLC levels in final semester students and the role of psychological well-being as a moderator. With a correlational quantitative approach, data was collected from final semester students using a questionnaire that measured social support, QLC, and psychological well-being. The analysis results show that social support significantly reduces the level of QLC. In addition, psychological well-being strengthens the positive influence of social support, where students with high psychological well-being are better able to utilize social support to overcome QLC. These findings emphasize the importance of interventions that increase social support and psychological well-being to help students face QLC challenges effectively.
