Tesis ini merupakan hasil penelitian tentang quarter life crisis pada santri Pesantren Darul Mukhlashin Probolinggo. Persoalan quarter life crisis merupakan krisis yang dialami dewasa awal (emerging adulthood) berusia 18 hingga 25 tahun. Krisisnya berupa kekhawatiran tentang masa depan, berkaitan dengan karir, akademik, pernikahan, dan jati diri. Mereka dituntut untuk mandiri, memegang berbagai peran, dan tidak jarang menyebabkan usia dewasa awal stres hingga rentan mengalami gangguan kesehatan mental. Berangkat dari persoalan itulah, penelitian ini menjawab tiga rumusan masalah, di antaranya; Bagaimana pemahaman santri terhadap quarter life crisis? Bagaimana metode pesantren dalam mengatasi quarter life crisis pada santri Pesantren Darul Mukhlashin Probolinggo? Bagaimana peran pesantren dan implementasi tawakal pada santri pesantren Darul Mukhlashin Probolinggo dalam mengatasi quarter life crisis?.Penelitian ini tergolong sebagai penellitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data berupa dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Jumlah responden terdiri dari enam santri yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling atau diambil berdasarkan pertimbangan tertentu yaitu santri yang telah berusia 18 hingga 25 tahun. Kemudian, hasil temuan dianalisis secara deskirptif menggunakan teori dari Miles dan Huberman meliputi tiga langkah yakni reduksi, penyajian, dan kesimpulan. Hasil temuan di lapangan, berdasarkan teori QLC bahwa santri Darul Mukhlashin juga mengalami fase quarter life crisis. Dalam mengatasi krisis, peran pesantren begitu mendukung, meski dalam praktiknya pesantren hanya memiliki metode global dan solusinya diserahkan kepada setiap santrinya. Seperti memperbanyak ibadah, berikhtiar, menyibukkan diri, dan tawakal. Implementasi tawakal santri Darul Mukhlashin yakni berprasangka baik, memasrahkan segala urusan masa depan hanya kepada Allah, dan tetap mengimbanginya dengan ikhtiar. Ketika tawakal, hati mereka menjadi tenang, sehingga muncul keyakinan dan harapan.
