Abstract

This thesis was conducted with the aim of developing an induction program
\nthat allows from its implementation the effective integration of new staff of the
\nPrivate University Antenor Orrego, as currently the integration of new
\nemployees required more time necessary and the new employee goes
\nthrough a period of anxiety, causing them insecurity and decreased their
\ninitiative and dealing with others by lack of guidance. 
\n 
\nThey have participated in the investigation 28 employees who entered to
\nwork to the administrative area of the Private University Antenor Orrego in
\nthe first quarter of 2015, who were applied a questionnaire prepared for the
\npurpose, the design of contrasting used is one box and for data analysis
\ndescriptive statistics were used. Integrally it has used the scientific method in
\nall stages.

\nThe results of the research has identified and reported that the Private
\nUniversity Antenor Orrego not have an induction program, it was found that
\nemployees to join labor did not receive the respective induction process,
\nbecoming a possible organizational imbalance for lack of different data and
\nrelated information such as policies, rules, rights, benefits, functions,
\nstructure, among others, that caused difficulty in integrating new employees
\ngenerating in them a period of anxiety, insecurity and decreased their
\ninitiative and dealings with others. That is why an induction program was
\ndeveloped for the Human Resources of Private University Antenor Orrego
\ntake it as a basis for implementation.
