Abstract
Tiivistelmä \n \nOpinnäytetyöni aiheena oli suunnitella ja toteuttaa ryhmälle kiertomatka Pohjois-Amerikkaan. Toimeksiantajana oli yksityinen ryhmä, joka tarvitsi apua haluamansa matkan suunnittelussa, varaamisessa ja toteutuksessa. \n \nTyössä käydään läpi ryhmämatkan suunnittelun ja toteutuksen prosessit teoriassa ja käytännössä. Ryhmä antoi perusraamit matkan suunnittelulle kertomalla tarpeensa ja toiveensa. Lentoyhtiöt, valittavat reitit, hotellit ja muut palvelut jäivät kuitenkin minun vastuulleni. Matkan aikana vierailtiin seuraavissa kohteissa: Toronto, Niagaran putoukset, Rapid City, Mount Rushmore, Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, Los Angeles, Pismo Beach ja San Francisco. \n \nVastuullisena matkanjärjestäjänä toimi Oy Ebookers Finland Ltd. Kaikki matkavaraukset tehtiin sen kauttansa käyttäen sen sopimushintoja ja yhteistyökumppaneita. \n \nTyössä onnistuttiin, sillä ryhmä toteutti matkan syksyllä 2008.
