Abstract
-- \nABSTRACT : A company's ability to access labor is an important factor in their development. However, companies are having more and more difficulty filling their vacant positions and this reality is particularly true in the case of employers working in the regions, since they have to deal with regional factors that put them at a disadvantage vis-à-vis organizations located in major urban centers. Businesses in the regions must therefore find new methods to attract new workers, but they cannot do it alone. Therefore, the support of regional actors is crucial to the proper development of companies, but also of their region. The objective of this study is therefore to paint a portrait of the role of regional actors in the organizational attraction and retention capacity of businesses in the region. In order to accomplish this objective, 128 regional actors working in five regions in Quebec responded to an electronic survey on the measures offered by their organization. The results of the study show that regional actors promote to the population about their region, but that their priorities are not aligned with those of potential employees. In addition, assistance to immigrant employees deserves to be increased, considering the necessary adjustments needed when they leave their country to come here. -- Mot(s) clé(s) en anglais : organizational attraction, organizational retention, regional attraction, regional retention, regional actors, employers in the region, regional migration.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
