Abstract
Darbo objektas: tiriamųjų kūno masės indeksas, liemens ir klubų apimtis ir nugaros skausmas.\nTyrimo probema. Nutukimas ir nugaros skausmai yra šiuolaikinės visuomenės problema. Mokslininkai nesutaria dėl teorijų apie nugaros skausmo atsiradimo priklausomybę nuo nutukimo (Guo et al., 2008). \nTyrimo hipotezė. Manome, kad per didelis kūno svoris, didelė liemens ir klubų apimtis labiau įtakoja nugaros skausmų pasireiškimą.\nTyrimo tikslas. Išsiaiškinti tiriamųjų kūno masės indekso, liemens apimties ir nugaros skausmo sąsają.\nTyrimo uždaviniai:\n1.\tNustatyti skirtingos lyties pacientų nugaros skausmo intensyvumą ir negalios lygį dėl skausmo.\n2.\tNustatyti skirtingos lyties pacientų kūno masės indekso, liemens−klubų apimties ir nugaros skausmo sąsają. \n3.\tNustatyti skirtingos lyties pacientų statinę liemens raumenų ištvermę ir jos sąsają su kūno masės indeksu.\n4.\tNustatyti skirtingos lyties pacientų statinės liemens raumenų ištvermės sąsają su nugaros skausmu. \nMetodika: 86 tiriamieji dalyvavo tyrime, iš kurių 56 kentė nugaros skausmus. Tyrimas buvo atliekamas Šiaulių reabilitacijios centre. Buvo nustatomas tiriamųjų kūno masės indeksas, liemens ir klubų apimtys, liemens–klubų apimties santykis, liemens raumenų statinė ištvermė. Tiriamųjų nugaros skausmas buvo vertinamas naudojant McGill skausmo klausimyną ir Oswestry negalios indeksą. \nIšvados:\n1.\tNugaros skausmo intensyvumas tarp lyčių nesiskyrė, tačiau moterų negalios lygis buvo didesnis nei vyrų (p<0,001). \n2.\tTarp skirtingos...
